This week, Movement by Astrid, PT and instructor at The Place Stockholm, is leading you through a 25 minute pilates class focusing on booty + abs!

25 MINUTE CYCLING HIIT PASS

This week, Ingrid Bäckström, spinning instructor, takes you through a spinning session with intervals that will burn. Remember you are strong but also insanely fast!

30 MINUTES AGILITY, SPEED + CARDIO PASS

This week, Linus Fredrikson, PT for InMo at the Royal Tennis Hall, takes you through an agility, speed and cardio workout that will help you perform better on the court!

20 MINUTES GYM-INSPIRED WORKOUT

This week, Sara Qureshi is back to take you through a session at the gym. In this session tools are needed; two dumbbells of different weights, a medicine ball, a weight plate, and TRX bands. It's going to be hard, but that's why we're here! Here we go!
