RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

Here you'll find information about your statutory right of withdrawal, our voluntary 30-day return policy, and how to report that you want to cancel your purchase.

Your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under Swedish law – the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59)

This is a right you always have under Swedish law, regardless of what we offer beyond it.

  • As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
  • The withdrawal period is calculated from the day you (or someone you designated) received the item.
  • How to exercise your right of withdrawal: use the form below, or send a clear message to help@rs-sports.com with your order number before the deadline expires. You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard withdrawal form.
  • After notifying us: send the item back without undue delay, no later than 14 days after you notified us.
  • Refund: no later than 14 days after we receive the item or proof that it has been sent, via the same payment method used for the purchase.

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal above, we give you 30 days to change your mind, as an extra service.

Returning with PostNord or DHL

If you chose delivery with PostNord or DHL, you'll have received a return form and a return shipping label along with your order.

  1. Fill in the enclosed return form and place it in the package along with the unused item in its original packaging.
  2. Seal the package properly.
  3. Attach the enclosed return label over the original shipping label.
  4. Drop off the package at any service point:

5. Keep the receipt you receive at drop-off until you've been notified that your return has been processed — it's your proof that the package was sent.

  • 30-day time limit, item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • 150 SEK fee for uncollected packages
  • No exchanges – return the item and place a new order
  • A return will not be accepted if the item is returned more than 30 days after delivery, is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by us, if a receipt or proof of purchase is missing, if it concerns a gift card, or if the item is sent directly to the manufacturer instead of to us.
  • Refund time: no later than 14 days after the return is received
