shipping & returns

How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time varies between 1-3 days if you choose DHL Service Point as the delivery option.

What are the shipping costs?
RS Sports offers free shipping to customers who shop for more than € 50, otherwise a shipping cost of € 10 will be added.

How do I return an item?
RS Sports applies a 14-day right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal).

Returns
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-return items:
– Gift cards
– To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
– Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
– There are certain situations where only partial repayment is granted (if applicable)
– Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our fault
– Goods returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original payment method within a certain day.

Late or no refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially published.
Next contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sales items (if applicable)
Only regular prices can be refunded, unfortunately sales items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same article, send an e-mail to [email protected]/global and send your item to: RS Sports AB, Artillerigatan 50, 11445 Stockholm, Sweden.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. When the returned item has been received, a gift card will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver sent the order to himself to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you must send your product to: RS Sports AB, Artillerigatan 50 (store premises), 11445 Stockholm, Sweden

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, it may take different time before your exchanged product reaches you. If you are sending an item over SEK 700, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned goods
