Delivery & Returns

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time varies between 1-3 days if you select DHL Service Point as the delivery option.

What are the shipping costs?

RS Sports offers free shipping to customers who shop for more than SEK 500, otherwise a shipping cost of SEK 95 will be added.

How do I return or exchange an item?

RS Sports applies a 14-day right of withdrawal. Our policy lasts for 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-return items:
  • Gift card
  • To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
  • There are some situations where only partial repayment is granted (if applicable)
  • Every item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our fault
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original payment method within a certain day.

Late or missed refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially published. Next contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]

Sales items

Only regular prices can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Yields

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same article, send an e-mail to [email protected] and send your item to: RS Sports AB, Artillerigatan 50, 11445 Stockholm, Sweden.

Return instructions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from RS Sports, send back your garments within 30 days from the day you received
the package. Returned items must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging, otherwise they will not be accepted
the refund.

Return process

Return the product to the undamaged original packaging. Fill in the return form below with the reason for your return and put it in the package. Place the enclosed return label visible on the packaging When we receive your package, it may take up to 10 business days before we process your return.
